Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite an experience. While the beach view from my room was beautiful and the outdoor areas were enjoyable, the dining experience and some aspects of the facilities left much to be desired. The service by the staff was commendable, but the issues with the food offerings made the all-inclusive concept feel less valuable. Overall, it was okay, but there are aspects that could significantly improve the experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the scenery around the beach was nice, and the staff was genuinely trying their best. On the other hand, the cleanliness and quality of the rooms were disappointing, with issues like strange smells and old furnishings. Additionally, the dining options left much to be desired, especially for someone with dietary restrictions. Overall, I found it difficult to enjoy my time there given the circumstances.
I just got back from a two-week stay at Jewels Sahara and I have mixed feelings. While the staff were absolutely amazing and the beach was beautiful, the hotel itself definitely needs some renovations. The food was alright but quite repetitive, and I did notice some cleanliness issues around the rooms and common areas. Overall, we had a nice time, but there were a few things that could really use improvement.
During my stay, I found the hotel quite charming with lovely greenery and friendly staff. However, the food options were limited and not very accommodating for English tastes, which left me feeling a bit disappointed. The cleanliness of the hotel could use some improvement, and the Wi-Fi situation was frustrating at times. Despite these drawbacks, I met some wonderful people here and enjoyed my time overall.
The hotel experience was disappointing overall. We encountered issues with cleanliness and maintenance in our room, which left us feeling uncomfortable. The food was unappetizing and repetitive, making it difficult to enjoy our meals. While the staff tried their best to assist us, the hotel's conditions and dining options were far below expectations.
